Introductory Consultation. Thirty minute breakthrough session to explore current circumstances and options moving forward. Sessions take place over the phone.

Creating Clarity Introductory Coaching Session $call (60 min)

Sixty minute in person or skype coaching session to assess plan of action for greater well being in mind body and spirit.
